These terms and conditions are essentially ‘terms of service’ and ‘ terms of use’ of MeitY Startup Hub (hereinafter called MSH) Website in the form of rules and regulations that govern conditions of use and elucidate pivotal issues such as acceptable use, privacy, registration and passwords, intellectual property, links to other sites, termination, restrictions and disclaimers of responsibility and liability.
MSH has been established under the aegis of Software Technology Parks of India [(hereinafter called STPI), which is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India], to act as a hub and ensure synergies among all the Incubation Centers, Centres of Excellence on Emerging Technologies and other existing platforms, supported by Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology for facilitating crisscrossing of technology resources, sharing best practices and ideas across the entire innovation and start-up ecosystem. The Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) is an Autonomous Scientific Society of MeitY that facilitates certain activities and actions of MSH.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions as a member, subscriber or visitor is explicit acceptance of all directives of use enunciated below for your kind perusal.
Please go through them carefully as the same are legally binding between the parties who become bound to abide by the same.
MSH at its sole discretion may change or modify the terms and conditions of use without notice, effective for all those who accept the same upon posting of the modified ‘Terms and Conditions’ to this web address. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure you are up to date with the same.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable at any point, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
The term ‘Users’ refers to any natural persons or legal entities who completes the account registration process and seeks and/or schedules services for his or her self. For avoidance of doubt, a User may also be a Mentor, a Member or enter as a visitor for any of the services.
