Educational Qualification
Non-Teaching Positions
Candidates interested in non-teaching roles must meet the following educational criteria:
- Completion of secondary education up to the 12th grade.
- Possession of an ITI certificate.
- Holding a diploma.
- Possession of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline
Teaching Positions
Lecturers:
Applicants must have one of the following degrees in the subject they will teach: B.E., B.Tech, M.Sc., M.A., or M.Phil.
Assistant Professors
Candidates should have completed one of the following:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Management Accountant (ICWA) certification.
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the relevant academic subject.
Experience
For Teaching Posts:
For teaching positions, applicants should have prior teaching, research, or industry experience relevant to their subject. If they hold an MCA degree, they must have earned it with honours and have worked in a relevant field for at least two years following graduation.
For Non-Teaching Posts:
For non-teaching positions, candidates must have completed the tenth grade at the very least, have a valid transport driving licence for either heavy or light vehicles, and have at least five years of driving experience. Candidates may also be graduates of any discipline, however, it is preferred that they have relevant professional experience in their field and a Master of Social Professional (M.S.W.) or a Bachelor or Master of Education (B.ED/M.ED).
